We usually do not deliver. Pick up is in Protea heights, Brackenfell but delivery can be arranged on special instances.
Delivery will be worked out and added to your invoice once a address has been given by the client.
We give refunds within reasonable contact with Rent It, Lawn Games.
50% refund if you cancel your booking more than 2 months prior to your event.
All other cancellations – 0% refund.
The lawn games can be collected up to 2 days prior to your event (at no extra cost). Collection is in Protea Heights, Brackenfell. Collection times are between 9AM and 5PM.
Games have to be returned up to 2 days after your event.
Thus, if your event is on a Saturday, you are allowed to collect the games on the Thursday and return the games on the Monday. Please note we are closed on Sunday
This depends on availability. Typically we rent the games as part of a package, but if you request a package and would like to add an extra game – we charge a flat fee of R150 extra per game.
We require a fully refundable deposit to confirm your booking. The deposit is to ensure that we are covered for any damages that may occur to the games while in your possession.
We repay the deposits within 3 days of you returning the games, if not significant damage is found on the product.
Kindly take note that the pictures of the games serve as an indication only. There may be variations in the individual game sets due to repaints, upgrades, or replacements. We strive to ensure that our games are in excellent condition and are cleaned regularly, but it’s possible that they may contain some scratches or dents.
